Vaccine Updates
Our team of health professionals at Fern HealthCheck have advised us that if you have received your final covid vaccine dose by Thursday April 29, 2021 then you will not need to take a PCR covid test prior to coming to the event.
Fern HealthCheck will send you instructions the week of May 3 with instructions on uploading your vaccine dose information along with a photo of your vaccination card for approval.
NOTE! All attendees, including all those that are fully vaccinated, will still be required to take an on-site rapid test during the event (see below).
Required PCR Pre-Travel Testing
If you have not received all required doses of a covid vaccine by Thursday April 29, 2021, you are required to get tested prior to the event and we will be covering the cost of these pre-travel saliva-based tests where you collect your saliva at home in a collection kit and ship the sample to the testing lab in a prepaid FedEx Envelope.

Please redeem your voucher by Friday April 30th before 4pm Eastern.
The PCR test kit will be shipped to your home. You must register your kit, and drop-off your test sample in the prepaid FedEx envelope NO SOONER than Thursday May 6th and NO LATER than Monday May 10th before the last FedEx Pickup of the day so the lab has time to receive and test your sample before your trip.
Test results will be posted into Fern HealthCheck's HIPAA-Compliant platform powered by ShareMy.Health. Christina and on-site medical professionals from FG Rapid-Results will be the only people with access to this health information.
On-site Rapid Tests
On Thursday (Day 1 of content), everyone will receive a rapid test via nasal swab at the hotel. You must take this test even if you are vaccinated.
Technicians from FG Rapid Results in Miami will be conducting these on-site tests before breakfast between 7am–10am.

Daily Health Surveys
Beginning Wednesday May 12th, and throughout the event, you will receive a link via email to your daily health survey. This survey is required to ensure everyone is feeling well and required to receive your Health Pass for the day.
Masks
Masks must be worn during content sessions in the ballroom and anywhere inside the hotel. This is hotel policy.
You don't have to wear a mask during the welcome reception, meals, and beach party as they will all be outside.
We are giving everyone custom Blue Ribbon masks, and hand sanitizer will be readily available!
Morning Workouts
Start each day with a gentle 30-minute workout lead by professional fitness instructor Christian Doten.
Christian’s 30-minute sessions are super fun and draw from exercises like yoga, core stability and qi gong to provide you with an energizing start to each day of the event.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a towel and water bottle, and join us on the beach!
